  • Miniature croissants with smoked breast of turkey and mustard caper sauce
  • Traditional Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad: bite-size florets of broccoli and cauliflower with cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and bacon tossed in a red wine-mayonnaise vinaigrette
  • Winter salad: shredded white and purple cabbage tossed with carrots, red peppers, green peppers, celery and fresh parsley in sweet poppy vinaigrette
  • Homestyle potato salad
