Chef grilling to order:

  • Assorted bratwurst with dijon mustard and rolls

Buffet offering:

  • Roasted suckling pig accompanied by pulled pork
  • Homemade German potato salad
  • Red cabbage salad with apples and onions
  • Potato pancakes with apple sauce on the side

Dessert:

  • Mini apple strudel
  • Assorted homemade cookies

*Bar:

  • Miller Lite, Gluhwein, and Lowenbrau beer, white wine, Perrier, soft drinks, and iced tea
