Bar to be set up offering your mixed beverages, beer wine, soft drinks and water

Hors d’Oeuvres to be passed on silver trays including:

  • Assorted sushi with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger
  • Chicken Polynesian with chutney butter
  • Fresh grapes rolled in Chevre with walnuts and chives

Sit Down Dinner:

  • Rolls to be passed and (your) wine poured as guests are seated

First Course:

  • Smoked Salmon Roll with caviar and pumpernickel

Salad (French Service):

  • Baby Spinach Salad with sugar-coated almonds and mandarin oranges tossed in balsamic vinaigrette

Entreé ( French Service):

  • Chicken Wellington: tender breast of chicken wrapped in puff pastry with duxelle served with wild mushroom sauce
  • Grilled Chilean Sea Bass marinated in cilantro lime dressing
  • A colorful medley of Baby Vegetables
  • Orzo Florentine

Dessert:

  • Wedding Cake: a traditional French genoise sponge cake laced with your choice of liqueur and elegantly decorated with butter cream frosting and fresh flowers
